The Premise
Most men have spent their lives performing — for the workplace, for relationships, for “conscious” spaces, and for the internal enforcer that punishes deviation. Neurodivergent men have paid a heavier price than most, often medicating, over-functioning, or fragmenting themselves just to remain acceptable.The Work exists for those who are no longer willing to keep paying that cost.
The Nature of the work
You will not be given tools to cope better inside systems that require your self-betrayal.
You will be given the conditions to stop betraying yourself.This requires honesty about where shame has become your operating system. It requires the willingness to feel what you’ve been numbing. And it requires the discipline to not immediately replace one performance with another.The body is the ground. Everything else is secondary.
What it actually is
This is a 6-day immersion designed for one purpose: to create the conditions where you can no longer ignore what you’ve been feeding.It is not a retreat.
It is not a brotherhood.
It is not a place to perform vulnerability or collect new identities.It is a concentrated environment where performance becomes difficult to sustain and the cost of your current strategies becomes impossible to deny. The work is subtraction. The goal is not to become more, but to stop being less than you are.
Who this is for
This is for neurodivergent men who:• Have already done significant personal work and are still not free
• Can feel the machinery of shame and performance running inside them
• Are more interested in stopping what they’ve been feeding than becoming a better version of themselves
• Are willing to be uncomfortable without needing to be comforted or celebrated for it
• Understand that real change is usually quiet, inconvenient, and expensive
Who this is not for
This is not for men who:• Are looking for belonging, brotherhood, or emotional catharsis
• Want to perform a more “embodied” or “conscious” version of themselves
• Need to be held, celebrated, or told they are enough
• Are unwilling to examine how they currently use medication, intellect, or behaviour to avoid their own truth
• Are seeking another container to feel special inside
